Foot & Ankle Adaptations is a bundle of at-home exercises designed for maintaining overall foot, toe, and ankle health in between hardcore training sessions or intense athletic competition. Additionally, it is a supplemental guide included within The Bounce System Premier vert program.
As a bonus, you’ll get exercise design by Anita O'Brien who is a chartered physiotherapist for local soccer, rugby, and tennis clubs in Ireland. Anita provides additional exercise form recommendations for optimizing our ankle/feet during at-home therapy.
