The Bounce System Premier is a vertical jump enhancement program designed for individuals with weight lifting experience. The three-month, day-to-day, week-to-week plan is a high-level program best fit for athletes with multiple years of resistance training experience. There are periods (weeks) inside the program where the reps/sets progressively overload the athlete but there are also times of de-loading to allow proper time for tissue stress adaptation!
If you do not have access to a weight room or do not want to lift weights then The Bounce System Premier is not for you, however, there are many bodyweight exercises included. Also included for use during the vert program, at no cost, is our In-season Protocols guide and the physiotherapist approved system, Foot & Ankle Adaptations.

The Bounce System program operates through four progressive phases creating nuanced structure:
1.) GROUND CONTROL
Do you want to keep jumping? Phase 1 will train the body from the ground UP for maximum power output by developing a sturdy, reliable base culminating in a higher VERTICAL REACH, while simultaneously laying the groundwork to help ensure an injury-free future in athletic competition. Mobility and stability are key areas of focus.
2.) STACK POWER
Here, you will be focusing on training your elastic energy like a dangerous MMA fighter. If you’ve ever been apart of a successful team then you know it takes a collaborative effort and all parts working in unison. Our muscles, tendons, and joints collectively generate elastic power but without properly loading energy, everything will break down upon release. MASSIVE verticals require massive launch power. During this phase, you will increase your ability to PRODUCE and REDIRECT energy for EXPLOSIVE MOVEMENTS.
3.) RELEASE ENERGY
Exert energy on a whim and become concentrically dangerous by increasing your Rate of Force Development. Have you ever seen a middle blocker load up exploding for the roof block or someone stand under the basketball rim and BOUNCE straight up for the tip-slam? This is the phase we help you to become crazy powerful, letting you train for high-speed force production. The main goal is to improve the concentric speed in force development that allows us to BOUNCE through the roof!
4. LAUNCH REFLEX
It’s time we pull back the rubber band and let it fly! BUT, first, the importance is placed on further challenging your muscle/tendon elasticity for maximum SPRING. In essence, we will focus on the traits separating freaky jumpers and build upon what all prior phases worked on; phase four will contribute in pushing your ability to SOAR and reach new APEXES!
